The New 2019 Ram 2500/3500 trucks provide an impressive roster of Equipment Groups designed to serve a wide variety of needs—ranging from business and industry to serious off-road applications to demanding recreational use. Our engineers have taken multiple steps to make Ram a towing master. To that, add the optional Fifth-Wheel/Gooseneck Prep Group— upgraded for 2019 to accommodate increased towing capacity—which includes fully integrated hitch-mounting hardware in the box floor: fifth-wheel pucks, gooseneck bolt plates and gooseneck centre castings. Ram is ready for just about anything. Towing capability is front and centre—and our packages and engineering reflect that importance. Features like Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking,4 Trailer Reverse Guidance View4 and the 360-degree Surround-View Camera4 all point to an emphasis on situational awareness—and many of these features are integrated into the centre-stack display, where you can monitor every aspect of the ride.
